This is a reply to the client who made an alleged complaint about my business on Nov 8, 2009. My company did immediately go out to the residence and looked over the system and found nothing wrong with it. I gave the gentlemen who was at the residence my card and told him to call me if they needed anything else.

I know the city personnel have been out to the residence as well and have found nothing wrong on the part of my business' installation. Homeowners need to ensure they are properly setting and using the system. I carefully go through a final walk-through of each system with my clients and ensure that they understand how to use their new sprinkler systems.

If a concern arises they are instructed to call my company and we will come out and look over it and go over the procedures again if necessary.

Had them to install a sprinkler system in my yard in late Jun 2008. My water bill for Aug was $303. This is with my children gone. In jun, I had my children and grandchildren and the water bill was $40. The owner was nasty when I called and threaten to charge if he came out. He came out ans said there were no obvious leaks and he left. I had the local water company come out to see if maybe they made an error. Nope. Had the builders to come out, Nothing there either.

We didn't run it again until Jun and Jul 2009. Water bill for Jul and Aug were 253 adn 202. I have called the owner on numerous occassions and he keeps telling me he is coming out but has yet to show up. I turn the system off and my water bill is back down to 40-60. The system is not running excessively. It is set for 5 minutes per zone and we have 6 zones. I AM IN TOUCH WITH AN ATTORNEY NOW. DON'T USE ALL AMERICAN IRRIGATION IN SAN ANTONIO.
