This is a reply to the client who made an alleged complaint about my business on Nov 8, 2009. My company did immediately go out to the residence and looked over the system and found nothing wrong with it. I gave the gentlemen who was at the residence my card and told him to call me if they needed anything else.
I know the city personnel have been out to the residence as well and have found nothing wrong on the part of my business' installation. Homeowners need to ensure they are properly setting and using the system. I carefully go through a final walk-through of each system with my clients and ensure that they understand how to use their new sprinkler systems.
If a concern arises they are instructed to call my company and we will come out and look over it and go over the procedures again if necessary.
