BSF refused to replace my Maytag Neptune washer after they have failed to fix it. It took them 7 weeks to supposedly fix the machine and when they brought it back, the machine was not fixed. This incident occurred between November and December of 2009. I spent lots of money paying for laundry at the local washeteria, drove for miles, sometimes 20-30 miles just to find a washeteria.
