BJM Pool Service opened our pool. They had valves in the wrong position that caused our filter and our spa blower to be damaged. They also misdiagnosed a problem with the heater and caused me the cost of a part that was not bad. They broke a gas feed line and caused almost 300 gallons of gas to escape into the air. We are still trying to get all the problems corrected. BJM has no business working on high-end pools as they obviously don't know what they are doing.

Damages include a spa blower, filter element, cartridge that they charged for but never replaced, damage to heater, damage to gas feed line that resulted in the loss of gas for over a month, automatic pool cleaner was damaged due to materials that were in the pool as a result of BJM procedures. They left the cover mounts extended and I almost broke my neck when I tripped over one. The list goes on and on. They left the switches in the wrong position so when we finally were able to turn the spa on, it drained rather than fill.
