I purchased the Black & Decker Cyclone 12-Speed Blender (938HA, TA001, WindHand, E218370). I purchased because it was a Black & Decker. The first time I used it, it stopped working right after it started blending and wouldn't start back up. I tried everything. I emailed the address in the book that came with the blender and they emailed me and told me I would have to mail the cord, the receipt, and $7.50 for shipping. I told them I didn't want to have to pay another $7.50 for a blender I paid $30 for and couldn't use. They waived that fee but said I still needed the receipt. I didn't keep the receipt so I am out of luck.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I've bought at Canadian Tire last summer (unfortunately I can't find my bill yet). I bought a blender: Black & Decker ProBlend 450 W 10-Speed Blender (the container is made of glass). I used it a couple of times. Last week, I was making a soup. When I poured some of the liquid with vegetables in it, suddenly it had cracked, just like that! It's not broken in pieces. It cracked. I can't use it anymore. I kept it so I can send it to you, because I'd like you to replace it please. I consider that the container of the blender should not crack that easily. It's made out of hard glass. I don't understand. Who should I send it to? Can I have a replacement please?
