August 31. B-C (Bruni and Campisi) was supposed to be here to re-repair the central AC (their repair that didn't work from June). No show from B-C. For the time, they said they'd be here time (9 am to noon) on Aug 31. They called to tell us that would be there after two. They changed their allotted time and we couldn't accommodate that time.
Therefore, the person promised 12:00 on Monday, August 2 and said, "They'll be there." I stayed in overheated house all day. We called all day. 6:00 pm, nobody came. By the way, every time I spoke, and I mean every time, with a person at B-C, nobody got the message they were supposed to.6:00 pm conversation with dispatcher. I ask the dispatcher: "Why can't you send someone out tonight, August 31?"
"There is nobody."
"Then why are you called a night dispatcher?" I asked. "What are you doing? Who are you dispatching?" No response—he couldn't answer. I told the dispatcher tat I wished to get my money back. He said call in the am—the financial person will be there. Night dispatcher Ray promised to get a morning person to send us our money.
August 3. Morning person (woman with Irish/Scottish/English accent) said, "I can't just give you your money; we have to investigate. Will get back to you." I called White Plains office. Man answers, "Mr. B. will definitely get back to you." I later called White Plains again. B's secretary said, "Mr. B. is flat on his back. I will call him and he will get back to you." I say, "No wonder he is flat back. His workers undermine him with lies to the customers. Non-compassionate, passive-aggressive people who are obviously trained in putting people off. It's been two days and I haven't seen a worker or gotten answer to getting my money back." Secretary tells me Mr. B. will get back to me.
Next call to Mr., B's secretary: she's out to lunch. Receptionist Deb says: "Mr. B's secretary is at lunch." She tells me that Mr. G. is the person who cuts the checks. She also tells me when I complain that I would have gotten services from the night dispatcher if I was willing to pay overtime. I repeat what she says and I say, "Are you serious? Your office tells me that I have to wait all day and you can't accommodate me in the evening. "
Finally about 3, Mr. C. calls and doesn't let me speak and I tell him he has people who are lying about customer expectations and undermining his company, thinking that I'm going to give him a customers insight. He refused to believe me. Clearly, he chooses to have people running his own company in an in inauthentic way and he supports people paying for patch jobs so that they can be recalled in the future.
It's just a matter of time in this economy that he will be able to last with this culture of deceit. Or maybe not. I consider myself pretty savvy and they got over. Too bad. Household was waiting all am for B-C and the following day, the entire day till 6:00. Nobody called. Inconsiderate/deceitful and totally supported by C. I wish to make a claim with the BBB and anyone I can. I wish to rate them wherever I can.
