The company was contracted to do a conversion from oil to gas. They were also contracted to do repairs caused by a fire on 12/19/08. The owner has not returned my phones calls, or letters as to when the work will be completed. He has not done any work in my home since 10/26/09. My mortgage company has given him $86,000.00 to date and will not release funds until the house is 90% done--which it is not. He will not return my calls. With no heat or hot water, the pipes will freeze and burst, which I have no way of knowing. I have another contractor who advised me that the work was not up to code and he will have to redo what was supposed to be done.
