I am very dissatisfied with Mr. S of Designer Pools and his unprofessional business behavior and work performed for me.
I currently have a $33,000 loan with Greentree which I am paying and I cannot get Mr. S to correct the work in question.
I have contacted the State of California Contractors License Board. I have been compliant. And I expect Mr. Smith to be responsible for the work I paid him to do. Greentree funded me the money to pay Mr. Smith. I feel that he is in violation and should not be allowed to get by without abiding by his end of the contract.
The emotional damage that resulted has put my husband in the hospital due to stress and having heart surgery twice. Being senior citizens we feel that we have very little ability to fight for our rights. We cannot afford a lawyer to help. What we had hoped and dreamed has now turned into dismay and nightmares.
We can only hope that there really is a contract and that it can be enforced. Although she feels she cannot afford a lawyer, Barbara really cannot afford not to consult a lawyer at this point.
