We purchased a sulphur/water system from Endless Mountains Clean Water Systems in Kingston, Pennsylvania, a distributor for RainSoft. On July 14th 2002 we experienced a flood in our basement due to the failure of this water system. Endless Mountains Clean Water Systems has refused to honor the contract to repair or replace the water system. This system is the only one of its kind in Pennsylvania and cost us $4000.00. As of today nothing has been done to rectify this problem.
We have 2 small children and have been unable to drink our tap water. We have been buying bottled water for 2 years and are unable to use the water softener that was connected to this system. When using the hot water the smell of sulphur reeks throughout the house.

Kristi should either retain an attorney or pursue the case in Small Claims Court.
