May 29, 2009, I ordered a part for my Gas Stove which he stated to pay first which I did from my Visa a total of $155.16. It also includes repair of a dishwasher door gasket ($122.81 and 74003608 end cup for Stove ($32.35). This part did not fit in to the stove and I returned it to Philippe in the store. He said, "If you get me the Serial #, I will order both ends" and he asked for another $32.35. Up on checking with the on the Internet I saw the price for the same part only $6.90 to $10.00. Shipping and handing are $4.50 that totals about $14.00.

I told Philippe that I need my money back as they were selling the parts with very extra price and the price written on the Plastic bag which carries the item is $6.90. He was not willing to return my money back instead when ever I called or visited he shop he was not available. Please help me with this as this seller got my money and do have the parts as well and willing to sell on a very high price.

I called for repair of my Kenmore washer and explained that the drum sounded like it was off balance and wouldn't spin properly. I also informed him that I had replaced a spring that had broken, but that didn't eliminate the problem, so I wanted to schedule a repair service. The tech arrived on Monday, 1/5/09 between 2-4, (I was not home, my grandson was there and he didn't remember exactly what time he came). My daughter was also there and observed the so called repair.

The tech said the spring we had replaced was connected wrong, the return hose was split and was leaking but he didn't have one with him, he also said it needed some sort of mechanical component, but he didn't have that either. He said he only came out to fix the off balance problem that I had reported and if he needed to come back out there would be an additional service charge. He put the spring I purchased in the proper location, and charged me $5.00 for it along with the $45.00 service call, a total of $50.39. I tried to use the machine on Tuesday evening, and the same problem still existed, even worse.

Wednesday morning I called another company, A1-Appliance Service, and scheduled a repair. Pablo L. responded to the request and diagnosed the problem as rusted out base which did not allow the washer to automatically balance itself and therefore appeared to be a drum off balance. Pump missing brackets, base and back rusted not allowing feet to automatically reset, an estimate of $450.00 to repair.
