I ordered Biorelle pills, they are for many things but when they shipped them I got the wrong ones. I called the company and they said they were going to call back in 3 days and they just never called back. I call them and they only hang up the phone and once they answered, I asked to speak to the manager or person in charge and they refused and hung up again. I only want them to give me the right pills or give me my money back. I don't want to drink these pills that I got and weren't the right ones I ordered.

I purchased a product called Sauna Twin. When it arrived, it doesn't work. It doesn't heat up or anything. I called them for three weeks and all week they told me that someone would call me back to replace it. Nobody called me back. After three weeks, I called them and told them that I wanted my money back. The man I spoke to started yelling at me after I told him I wanted my money back.
He was disrespectful. When I asked his name, he told me that I'm crazy if I think he will give me his name. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he stated that he is a supervisor and that he is not going to do anything for me and that he would erase any traces of me calling previously from the computer system that they use. When I asked him if he is stealing my money, he stated, "It's not your money anymore, it's our money." This resulted in a loss of $149.00.
