Hot Tubs Unlimited came down to New Orleans to the Olario Center with very good sales on hot tubs. I went and looked at them and they appeared to be a good bargain.I was afraid to purchase one because the company was from out of town and afraid I might not be able to get the tub serviced when needed. Sean stated that would not be a problem, that they have service reps in the area.I bought a tub brand Master Spa model Windsor. The tub was delivered in May of 2010.
The tub does not appear to be working right.The tub seats 6 to 7 people but I can't run three of the seats' water jets at the same time. If I turn the jets on one of the seats, the other two seats will not flow water from the jets. I have called the company and left messages with them but they have gone unanswered. So now it appears I am stuck with a spa that is under warranty, does not function properly and I can't get it repaired.I have spoken with Sean but he has done nothing to correct this problem.
