I contracted with Keston to complete a sump pump installation. At the conclusion of that, it was agreed that the company could take on repair to a walkway to improve the drainage away from the house. After repeated calls to make adjustments, Mr. ** responded 3-times to address the problem but no resolution was made. The condition of the walkway project deteriorated. Repeated calls to the company resulted in no responses. My last correspondence dated 8/2910 to the company, by email, informed of my intent to consult with legal counsel if now response is received within a 24-hour period. No response received to date. This project cost me $1850.00 as I was guaranteed that the work would be completed and may now need to contract with another company.
