A septic tank inspection was requested to check if it will pass cerification on 3/24/10. The 2 workers with the above company stated and wrote "not passed" in the invoice. They wrote the estimate to put a new tank for $6,500. I called several companies aound the area to get estimate for a new tank. 2 companies came and they stated "septic tank system is good and I don't need a new tank". One of the companies that certified the septic tank was Alex Sanitation.

I called Kurt B. company and told them that the tank was good and I wanted a refund of $300 because the company did not provide a written statement why the septic didn't pass, and they have sent another visit to check the septic tank the second time. Kurt B. had to wait for the report of Dennis who first evaluated the septic tank and the owner or manager couldn't provide information about the outcome of their employees's 1st inspection. Wasted $300 and never got a report from the Kurt B. Company about the 1st or 2nd inspection. I am hoping I would get the money back or get reimbursed.
