I made a deposit with Lawn Doctor for them to "power seed" my yard. First, they were difficult to work with in trying to get the job scheduled and they did not show up on the scheduled date. The job that was done was so poor that I had to spend my weekend going behind the service man to make repairs to my yard -- there were large trenches, divots and clumps of dirt as well as other areas that received no seed at all.

I did not call them to come back because the service occurred on a Friday (October 17th) -- late in the season -- and I was anxious to get the seed in the ground so that it would germinate. I did not have any confidence that Lawn Doctor would return to fix the job in a timely manner because they had demonstrated that they would not service my lawn except when their servicemen "were in my area." So I didn't know if they would return in 1 day or 4 weeks.
