Order placed for lamps in July was charged July 6 2009. Order did not arrive on due date, September 6 and LBG did not notify, Two weeks after the due date I called and not only was the order late. the merchandise was no longer available. LBG still held my money until I called again three weeks later, Sept 21 to investigate my refund and sent an email to LBG's contact address to complain of poor service.

NO response, no refund until I called again October 6. Sloppy operation and poor service at best. Money was tied up for three months, product never received and time wasted pursuing LBG.
