Please add this to my previous complaint as part of an out-of-court settlement: "Retract previous comments; plaintiff's previous statements/comments about defendants were inaccurate and made in error."

The previous post about this company is my opinion. The comments are fair and accurate criticism. The comments are truthful.

1.) System installed from the factory with not the proper charge.
2.) County Inspection not called in until 59 days after the initial rushed one day install
3.) Upon our calls to Mr. John L regarding the no savings, he turned the matter over to the Service Tech, Brett, who was at our house to work on the lack of charge from the factory.
4.) Mr. L would not call us back or speak to my wife regarding the matter
5.) Mr. L turned the matter over to his office staff - Corrin L, who simply blew us off.
6.) In response to our complaints to the BBB and the Maryland Heating and Air Board, Mr. John L began to fabricate lies about us in order to make his responses seem better - all the while ignoring the no energy savings from his promis of "you should save 25-35%" when wew asked how much we sould save on our monthly electric bill with his new system. Mr. John L promised this over the phone, in person at contract signing, and in written form via email. The lies that he told regarding his customer is down right decitful, unethical, and distasteful. you take a paying consumer who has a legit problem and you start to lie about them? The lies he told are:
1.) We bought a new pool heater (totally untrue - our pool heater came with the house that we purchased in August 2006)2.) The pool heater runs 24/7 (not true)
3.) The Customer was "having work done at their house" in repsonse to our complaint to the Maryland Heating and Air Board - this was his reason for waiting 59 days to have the proper County Inspection done. (we had to initiate this inspection and we were not having work done at our house. He also acknowledged in his repsonse to the BBB complaint that this was an oversight by his company...but then changed his story when we complained to the Maryland Heating and Air Board)
What kind of business person does these things?
We have filed a civil suit and the summons is out for service on Mr. John L. I would not refer this company to anyone and am surprised they are still in business. In my experience as a business person, you don't run from problems and lie about them...you solve them as quickly as possible.
My wife and I have documentation of utility bills, lies, witensses, etc... to bury this company in court.That day will come and our case will be heard. I will bring my children to court to have them testify that work was not being done at our house. We will bring our pool service tech to court to prove that we don't have a new pool heater and that it does not run 24/7. This business person is not good at dispute resolution.
Bottom line, we want our money back.
Stay Away for the false promise of energy savings is something I would not want any other customer to have to experience with Love's Heating and Air.
