Nine years ago marino tile of L.I. redid my downstairs bathroom. It was a very nice job so approximately 8 years ago I decided that my upstairs bathroom needed an overhaul so I got a few extimates - marino tile was not the most expensive nor the least (they fell in the middle. the whole bathroom was ripped out to the studs everhthing was spelled out as to what they were going to do (waterproof sheetrock in tub area, american standard tub, bowl and sink, new plumbing, new window) and to top it off I tiled from floor to ceiling.

Now eight years later and the piping under the tub and the shower pipe began to leak into my downstairs bathroom. I contacted my insurance company to see what is covered.

I do not believe Marino Tile is still in business (at least I can not find them) the tile that Marino Tile choose has been discontinued so that leaves me with having to retile the whole upstairs bathroom as well as the ceiling tile downstairs and the ceiling in the boiler room also came down. If I could find Marino Tile I would picket their place of business because there is no reason why I have to start these projects again after only eight/nine years. I have water damage. I have a downstairs bathroom ceiling that is about ready to come down.
