I booked a flight home from my job and due to the utility we were working for changing their schedule, I needed to change the date of my flight. Changes have to be handled by phone-- cannot do on the web. On December 11, I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally had to hang up. Fortunately, I had nothing planned for the next day and tried again. Four hours and 7 minutes later, someone finally answered and after another 30 plus minutes, my request was taken care of. Stay away from this site! Their customer service is pathetic.

I found Oakes Plumbing & Heating's ad in the phone book and called them a couple of days ago (July 26,2010) to schedule an appointment for replacing a toilet. Jane O. told me her husband Bob will be my home on Wednesday which is today (July 28, 2010) between 1:00pm to 4:00pm. I told her that it only takes me 15 minutes from work to home, so she said Bob will call me 30 minutes before he come over.
Today, I called Jane to confirm the appointment; she told me yes, Bob will call me 30minutes before they come. I have been waiting, no phone calls. I called Bob's cell phone around 3:00pm to check on what time he would come. He told me that He is waiting for a truck, which was taken by another guy who is in New York and he didn't know what time the guy will be back. Around 5:00pm, I called him again to check the guy is on the way or not. As soon as he recognized my voice, he hangs up on me. I called him again and he wouldn't answer the phone.
This is not the professional way to do business. If he cannot make it, at least he should call me to reschedule it. He didn't even apologize what he did to me. Very bad. I will never ever to do business with Oakes Plumbing & Heating and will spread out the words to all of my friends. Reputation is bad.
