On The Level Construction

i file a complaint on 5/27/11 i have not heard from your company i hired on the level 7/8/10 to do work outside my house and inside about 15 checks chased and no job was ever completed i was left with no bathrooms and i had to hire all glass svc for the items that on the level got paid for etc,etc

Sixteen checks were cashed for work, outside and inside. The first jobs were to remove all rocks and stone, install the fence and level property, and install concrete around the house. The job was never finished. They left me without stairs from the kitchen to the outside. The yard was never finished, leveling the back with fill in dirt. They never finished installing the 2 gates on both sides of the property. They left 2 large pieces of concrete in the backyard. They never installed the stairs. I can't use my door from the kitchen to the backyard. I will fall out. They promised a patio and deck with all the extra checks. The paint job was never completed.

Two new bathrooms were not completed; no toilet, shower doors, and no sink. I had to hire a plumber to relocate the shower head. They installed it on the wrong side of the wall. I had to pay for the counter top lights and the faucets never completed. The closet in the bathroom with shelf and door, the bathroom closet doors were removed, which was not part of their job. They removed all electrical covers and grills and left me with no mailbox. The driveway concrete is cracked. Not even a year old, and they left the basement ceiling open and destroyed my oak steps. They removed my septic stone cover. I had to pay for shower doors. I had to call the plumber to replace pike that was broken by on the level.

I hired this job to tile my house. He did not finish the job. He signed a contract to do the work and he wants to renegotiate. He says he can't waste anymore time at my house. My tile is not grouted or completed at all! He left my house in shambles. I have 5 children in this house that has been upside down for two weeks now and he tells me today he is not completing it! My house is destroyed the tile work is horrible! There is no grout. He removed my baseboards and took them to the dump and didn't put baseboards up! I have 5 children in this house!
