This is the second year I use this company. Last year they were ok. This year their worked has been unsatisfactory. They opened my pool in May. I gave them $625.00. Two hundred was to open the pool, $325.00 was to pay for the chemicals for the summer season and one hundred was to clean the filter that they claim was full of debris. They came to do a power wash and charged me $138.00. I have not paid that money because they have not keep their agreement of clearing up the water. I requested a refund for the $325 that I paid for the chemicals.

I have made many phone calls but they have not called me back. I even said to deduct the money that I owe them from the $325.00 and refund the balance. Please assist me in this matter because I have not been able to contact this company. I reiterate last year I was satisfied with the work however this year their work has been unsatisfactory especially that they don't even return your phone calls. All I want is my money back. The damage that this has caused is emotionally stress to have to now go out to purchase chemicals when I paid them to treat and maintain my pool. I get very stressed when I have to see green water everyday after paying so much money. I am now taking care of the pool myself.
