I bought a inground pool about 5 1/2 years ago installed by Pool Mart,and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since.1st the heater broke I called them to fix it and they did,then there were wrinkels in the bottom of the pool and we never called we just forgot about it.Then year after year the liner would come off the sides of the pool and they wanted to charge me to fix it and I fought with Richard about it and the finally fixed it.

But the biggest problem is that the liner on the bottom of our deep end now is wrinkeling and we are losing water.I called up Pool Mart and spoke to Richard S the owner and he said he will not fix it.He says I have to buy a new liner for 2900 dollars which is outrageous.I had a few estimates from other Pool companys and they all said the liner was put in wrong.I really don't think its fair that these people are in business and not caring to take care of a real promblem from a very good customer .

I will do my best to spread the word of this horible Pool company (Pool Mart)not to buy from them.The pool is only 5 and 1/2 years old ,I know people with 30 year old pools that don't have this problem.All these people are interested in is making money and ripping people off I would not buy a pool from Pool Mart stay far away.I will be taking these people to court and show pictures of what happened to my pool.It's clear as day that they installed the liner incorrectly.If you can help me please tell me what to do to further my complaint.I have pictures and can forward them .
