I bought an in-ground pool about 5 1/2 years ago which was installed by Pool Mart, and I have had nothing but trouble with it ever since.First, the heater broke. I called them to fix it and they did, but then there were wrinkles in the bottom of the pool and we never called so we just forgot about it. Then year after year, the liner would come off the sides of the pool and they wanted to charge me to fix it. However, I fought with Richard about it and they finally fixed it.

But the biggest problem is that the liner on the bottom of our deep end now is wrinkling and we are losing water.I called up Pool Mart and spoke to Richard S, the owner, and he said he will not fix it. He says I have to buy a new liner for $2900 which is outrageous. I had a few estimates from other pool companies and they all said the liner was put in wrong. I really don't think it's fair that these people are in business and not caring to take care of a real promblem from a very good customer.

I will do my best to spread the word of this horrible company, Pool Mart, so no one will buy from them. The pool is only 5 and 1/2 years old, I know people with 30 year-old pools that don't have this problem. All these people are interested in is making money and ripping people off. I would not buy a pool from Pool Mart so stay far away. I will be taking these people to court and show pictures of what happened to my pool. It's clear as day that they installed the liner incorrectly. If you can help me, please tell me what to do to further my complaint. I have pictures and can forward them .
