This is either the worst run company I've ever dealt with, or an out-and-out scam. It took 4 weeks and several phone calls for them to ship my order, and when it finally arrived, I only received the two of the least expensive items out of the four things I ordered.

I ordered a 15-foot round dome pool cover on 4/28/10. The money was taken from my account at the time of order. The product was supposed to ship in 3 days. 3 weeks later, I still had not received the cover so I called. I was told it was on back order. I let another month go by and still no cover. I called again on 6/22/10, was told that the item would be shipped in 2 weeks. I then cancelled the order as I was moving and no longer needed the cover. I was told, "No problem, we will refund your money and you should have it back in a few days".
Long story short, today is 8/24/10 and I still do not have my money. I have been told multiple lies as to why I have not received the funds. Everything from "I processed it wrong" to "the bank must have screwed up" has been given as an excuse. I even had my lawyer call him to no avail. I just want others to know about this crook! I would like to get my money back as I am disabled and have no income. That $700.00 would keep me a float for 3 more months.

On September 2, 2009, I purchased from Pools Etc. Inc. via eBay Saunacore KW6 sauna heater. The payment was remitted the same day via PayPal. The estimated delivery was Sept. 17 - Sept. 24. After not receiving the product towards the end of September, I called Pools Etc. and talked with Shawn regarding the delivery of the product. He said that it hadn't shipped yet, but was scheduled to go out within the week.
Again, it wasn't received and once again, I called. This went on until the first of November, at which time, I cancelled the order via a telephone conversation with Shawn. He stated that I would be receiving a refund via PayPal. Once again, this was not received. I called again on Nov. 19 and was told that I would be refunded that day. It wasn't. I called multiple times for a refund after that. On Dec. 1, Shawn again told me that he had been doing the PayPal refund wrong and he would redo it that day. Nothing happened.
On Dec. 11, I called and told Shawn that I want to skip PayPal and have him send me a check via Priority Mail. He agreed and said that it would be sent on 12/14. After not receiving it by 12/18, I called again and he told me that it went out via US Postal Service on 12/16. By January 4, it never arrived. At that time, I told Shawn that I need a check number and airbill number by January 5 or I would turn my claim into the proper authorities. I called Shawn in the morning and he said that he would call me back later in the day with the information. He didn't call so I called him back. He would have it in one and a half hours. He never called.
