In 2004, I purchased flooring from this company that they claimed had a 25 year warranty. For the past year the floor has deteriorated to the point that it is not serviceable. After multiple calls, they finally came out. They now say that the problem is an Armstrong problem. They called Armstrong who has a reputation of not honoring their warranties.
Do not purchase from these double dealers if you plan on living with their product for more than a couple of years. They do not care about customers or customer satisfaction. I am out $15,000. I will have to replace the product myself.
