The cover that I bought along buy the pool, had ripped during the winter months and all the debris that was on top of it got into the pool,,I had discard all the water and debris that was in the pool and clean it out. When we went to fill the pool back up.. the lining came off the pool part way.. all the water that was in the pool is now gone and loosing sand that is making the floor of the pool.. I have nothing to support the walls of the pool and more damage will occure..

I called the pool company that installed the pool (Jan Master) who then gave me the name of (Pro Serve) who they told me who installed the liner. I have waited a substancial time to even have someone to come here to look at the pool to work on it. And I DO NOT want further damage to my pool to happen. I have paid alot of money for the installation of this pool and now they will NOT even help get someone to reline the pool.
