Since the delivery schedule changed to 3-week intervals beginning early 2010, my home delivery service seemed to have stopped altogether by itself. Nobody delivered nor called on Mon 1/11, so I called the office Wed 1/13 to cancel. The supervisor later called my home phone begging to keep my account open, at the same time offering to deliver (free of charge) 3 cases himself, so we would have water to drink until the next delivery date. He promptly did so that afternoon, and I confidently gave him another chance.
Next, nobody delivered on Mon 2/1, again. Routinely, I called the office to cancel, again. The receptionist tried to repeat "the fix" above. I declined decidedly this time since there had been "no fix" to the matter. She then told me the driver would come to pick up empty bottles during the next schedule. Of course, nobody came on Mon 2/22.
There is no real damage in this case except the business abruptly and severely interrupted. I only want to make sure this report gets filed, and that I will not get any complications in any form caused by it, in the future. Thank you.
