We had some work done on our house through a contractor, Tarun **. He found the above company and had the work setup for my property. We were expanding our driveway and installing sidewalks around the property. The company came and did the work, but that same day, they did not anticipate that it would rain. Due to the rain, the concrete was washed away and the driveway was ruined. Immediately the next morning, I sent pictures to Mike's cell phone and he said he would come and fix it at the first opportunity.
I did not hear from Mike since the work was done in middle of May and reached out to him on June 6th again. He then again said that he was going to do it that week, but he never showed up. I went ahead and contacted him again a week later and he said that he was owed money from the contractor and that he would not finish the job until he was paid his money. I tried to explain to him why he would work for this man if he didn't get his money, but he refused to do the work until he receives his money. I have a broken sidewalk now for more then a month and also my driveway, which I paid good money for is still not finished.
I have the pictures and proof of the communications in form of text messages with the company and the contractor. Please help me with this we paid very good money to get the job done and gave them the money that they quoted us, and my house is still not complete. My property is in worst shape than before and it looks as if I paid thousands of dollars to make my house look worse not better.
