I had to call Seasons a second time.I told the owner jerry the last guy he sent could not fix my furnace.He said I'll send my crackerjack.His CJ did not fix my furnace either.He said the condensate needed to be drained.We get 95$ for cleaning out clogged lines!I let him do it.It took 5 min.To remove flush and reinstall this piece.He said my sys. was working ok. I told him and his boss the sys. works until it cycles too much-like extremely cold days- then the sys locks-out ,will not light, and just run the blower constantly.You have to turn it off,wait ahile,then turn it back on, to get it to light.
In 2 trys they did nothing to repair the problem.The condensate cleanout was a rip-off worth 5$ not 95$. The boss called me 6 months later to offer me a service special.I got on a long rant how they robbed me in the past.He promised to take care of it once the weather turned colder.Well its colder.I called, told him of my past problems with getting my furnace fixed.He tried to sell me some service special.I told him I would never pay him to sevice something he can't fix,after over charging me twice.He swore at me and hung up.
