We have used SecurFree Monitoring for more than 7 years. We have nothing but praise for both the service we have received and in the monitoring service provided. This was a take-over account with previously installed equipment. The take-over was prompt and simple. We called and Brian came out and changed the account and equipment over the very next day. After a few years, we did have a problem with the equipment, which was quite old and primitive having been installed originally in the early 1990s. We called and arranged a prompt change over for minimal cost to new equipment and keypads, but using the original wiring.

A minor issue with the change over, which we have not brought to the attention of SecurFree was that in the change over the inside alarm sound system was not hooked up owing to the lack of a driver board with suitable power to drive the inside speaker, and the failure of the installer, Denny **, to return and to change one of the keypads to an upgraded version as he promised to do. We have been more than happy with this service and having had other alarm systems serviced by other companies over the past 20 years, SecurFree is the best and most reasonable service we have dealt with to date. We have always found that they are very prompt in responding and returning calls on service issues.

But most of all, the monitoring service is always very, very prompt in responding to alarms -- all of which have been inadvertent and false to this point. We highly recommend this company, for it is the best value of quality response and service for a fee which, compared to many others, is quite reasonable. We are in no way associated with this company, its principals, or employees through family or business relationships. I am associated with this company and the complaint page on your site does not display any complaint information about the company. Unfortunately, your page only provides an error code after loading. This has been tested in IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. The URL for the complain page is: **. And the error code is: **. From the error, it appears as though there are no records associated with SecurFree. This page is included in the top five search results when searching for SecurFree on Google. This is a bad reflection of the company if the information on your website is false. Please either correct the error and show actual complaints against the company or remove this company and page from your website. Thank you.

I went with this company to monitor my alarm system when my contract was finished with ADT. My complaint towards this company is, I feel they are taking advantage of older females that have lost there spouses. They had me sign papers that they did not explain to me at the time of signing and ending up having to pay them for 5 years. They never gave me a copy of the contract that I signed.

After paying for these 5 years, I wrote on my last statement that I wanted to cancel them as my monitoring service and wrote cancel on my last statement and mailed it in to them, only to have it returned to me. They said because I did not supply them with a thirty day notice that I was automaticlly renewed for another year. The statememt I mailed in with cancel on it was returned to me unopen. So I mailed another one regeisterd returned reciept. This one they accepted. However it was past the 30 day deadline to cancel. So now they tell me I am obgliated to pay them for aonther year. I called the company and spoke to Brian and he said since I did not cancel within the 30 days, I would have to pay for the next year.

Long story short, he had me so upset that I called my daughter. She then called him and he just laughed at her and said that her mom would have to pay because she signed a contract. However this contract did not materialize until after I threatened to retain a lawyer. He just laughed about the lawyer and said good luck. I am writing this to you, because I am not the only widowed lady in my neighborhood that they have done this too. I tried to cancel the contract in a timely manner only for them to return my cancellation to me unopened. The second cancellation I sent in was too late for me to get out of the contract for the next year so they say. Anything that you can do to help me out in this matter would be appreciated.
