If you read from the bottom up, this company agreed to credit my card (when it was their mistake) after I said I was going to file a complaint but only contingent on if I agreed via email not to file a complaint BBB or open a claim credit card. They ended up mad because I said it was my right as a customer and reneged on the credit. All of the emails are included below. I feel harassed and appalled at their behavior over $10.00. The credit has been cancelled.

"Reporting you to the BBB and opening a claim on my Visa is not a threat to GregRobert Enterprises. It's my right as a customer. Just because you rectified the financial part does not excuse your bad business. As I said in my previous email that if you credit my card, I will not submit my complaint to the BBB and once the credit is received, Chase will close the dispute. Your other meaningless jargon is irrelevant."

Their reply: "We are sorry you feel this way and are sorry that this order did not work out for you. However, we would assume you concur that you are threatening GregRobert Enterprises. This is why we need your stated agreement to the terms below before we can further refund your credit card. We will refund your credit card if you reply back stating your agreement."

"You should have credited my card when I first asked you. I could not submit my complaint to BBB just now because it's too long and exceeds the 2030 characters. Please credit my card and I will not submit..."

Their reply: "We are sorry that you cannot understand our position that a coupon was used for an order that did not qualify for the additional discount. The restriction with this item that could not ship to your state was clearly disclosed on the product page which must be viewed in order put the item in your cart. While we do not believe the avenues you propose will be successful for you, it is also not in our interest, time wise, to continue in this manner. As such, we are willing to refund the additional $10.00 under the following agreement: "No credit card dispute or claim with the BBB is filed. Also, no negative or otherwise disparaging comments regarding any of the below listed stores on any media is written by you or anyone associated with you. Finally, you will have no further contact with GregRobert Enterprises other than that which is necessary regarding your current order. Breach of any of these results your agreement for GregRobert to charge your credit the $10.00 and pursue any other required remedies. Please reply back with your agreement and we will refund your credit card."

Mike and Tiffany A. quoted building a shed on my property. They asked for a half deposit down $1,875 and started the job. Because of inspection, they had to stop and never came back. After several calls, I finally reached Mike and he said he would pay for my storage unit until he could build the shed. He never did and as a result I have lost $2,500 and still have to pay storage to this day. I have never recovered my deposit and payments on my storage unit. My children's scooters and bikes and most personal belongings are still in storage unit. I have lost over $2500 and the wood they purchased and left scattered on property has rotted. It has been 10 months and they will not return phone calls or emails and continue to do business.
