Splash and Company built the pool in 2006. We sold the house in February 2010 and had the pool inspected. Pool is leaking and was not built to code. Metal supports are corroded. Buyer backed out of the purchase, because pool is defective. I left messages for Rick at his office and cell. There were no return phone calls.
I hired another pool company to get permits, tear down poorly built planters, seal pool, fix patio, repair and/or replace metal supports, etc. Total cost to repair and permit pool is $58,233.
