Mr. Andy DiSanto materially misrepresented the fact that the work that was done to the front of our home was a simple home improvement loan and it turned out to be a second mortgage. What is disturbing is that we are brand new home owners. My family and I have only been residing for about 5 months, and we already have a second mortgage. We have been constantly harrassed by this company and the loan company by the name of First Consumer Credit. We want to know how to get help because we have been grossly misled and overcharged for poor work.

We now are in debt, the amount of $7,800, on top of having the responsibility of mortgage for work that was very unsatisfactory. And we are being threatened by the loan company with legal action, because they are accusing us of being seriously delinquent with the first payment. They say we were supposed to pay in June but the contractor told us we were to start the payments in July.

Julie should contact New York City Consumer Affairs and the New York Attorney General's New York City office.
