I found this company through a request at ServiceMagic on the internet. My pool had been drained and scrubbed just a few days before calling Three Seas Pool Co. It had one dark spot by the drain that I myself treated before Three Seas ever came out. Richard looked at my pool before they accepted the job and quoted a monthly price to clean and add chemicals. Immediately we were unable to use the pool for a birthday party because they disassembled the filter and left it for a week. I called them because the filter was not assembled correctly and was pouring water out the sides. The pool had solids in the bottom and was never vacuumed.
By early June, the sides of the pool were green. I made numerous calls to Three Seas and was assured it would be corrected. By then, the backwash hose was pouring water and out on to my yard. The kid that came out had my pump set to run 19 hours a day. My electricity bill doubled. The pool still was not cleaned properly and black spots began forming all over the pool. I even tried to get them off and they will not come off. I have called the owner, Richard, and begged him to come and look at the mess, but he will not come out. The pool will have to be drained and acid washed again.
