I purchased three Jenn-Air appliances last September and they delivered the stove damaged. They told me the parts would come in whenever. I have been a kitchen installer for over thirty five years and cannot believe that your parts department is that bad that nobody can commit to a delivery date on a part. The salesman never calls me to tell it's still not in or to at least thank me for my patience. I know your product is of very high quality but I must say that standard does not show in your choice of retailers or your customer relations. To be honest, I would purchase your product again only because I know it so well but it will not be at Watertown Appliance. By the way, I also purchased a washer and dryer from these people as well.
