My grandmother died from a nurse's and doctor's negligent actions at a local hospital. On the day/hour of discharge, they laid her down after they gave her a bolus tube feeding and the tube feeding went into her lungs and she aspirated and died. We asked them not to give her bolus feedings and not to lay her down afterwards, that is a violation of standard of good nursing care. She died a few days later.
