ApartmentSearch has a good database so use it. The $200 reward program that they advertise on apartmentsearch.com is a scam! I went through the complete step-by-step process as they outlined on their website, and they have yet to mail me the reward or even contact me. In addition, I've done a online search. There has been NO ONE who has reported getting the $200 reward from ApartmentSearch by CORT successfully, including myself! I am trying to find a contact phone number for their customer service, but cannot find one listed anywhere online. (I wonder why! It's a scam!) If you find it, please let me know so that I can call them up. ApartmentRatings.com also advertises for the $200 reward from ApartmentSearch.com

I have taken an Apartment using Apartment Search on NOv 24, 2008.As per the Rewards, apartment search is suppose to pay me $200 ( $100 Cort Furniture Coupon & $100 American Express Card).After my application was approved I received $100 Cort Furniture coupon from Apartment Search in Dec 2008( probably 2nd week).Since the time stated to get $100 American Express Card was 12 weeks we waited till Feb 2009 for the card but it did not come we raised this issue in Apartment Serach help/feedback.Since then we have been in touch with the representative assigned to us but we haven't received our $100 card.It has been more than 2 months of follow up with no results. Everytime we email we have a new reason for the delay.
