My mother (she is elderly and suffers from dementia. I am her legal guardian) was a tenant of Mr. Aragona. After she moved away and her keys were returned to the manager, an unlawful withdrawal was made from her checking account by Aragona Properties. They have admitted their error verbally but will not return the $700. It was withdrawn on the fourth of August. It is now the 24th. They should really be called Arrogant Properties that they would take advantage of the elderly and infirm in this manner!
