I purchased my home in February 2008. I went to the Design Center to pick out my carpeting. At that time I decided to choose a refrigerator which was not supplied by my builder. I wanted it to match the other appliances. I chose a Whirlpool model # ED5FHXS refrigerator for which I paid approximately $1250.00. However this was replaced with model# ED5FHEXV which cost the builder $848. (this was delivered from Lowe's which does not have any delivery fee) which was delivered the beginning of June 2008. I was not informed that the original model was not available. I contacted Whirlpool and found that Model ED5FHXS was replaced with Model #ED5LHEXTD.

I contacted Crestmark immediately. The following are the emails between me and Whirlpool which shows the actual replacement refrigerator model and Crestmark. Ms. Brafman, Even if Whirlpool had been directly contacted, the model number you selected was no longer available. It is also necessary when looking at the base price to include tax, delivery and installation; which would need to accounted for regardless of the vendor.

I have a refrigerator that does not have a lock on the water and ice dispenser which I purposely ordered because I have a 2 year old grandson. The originally ordered refrigerator also does not provide hot water.
