Elegant Homes Inc. built a house in Bear Creek in 2005. The cost of the house was over $600,000. Stone work on the face of the house started falling off and smashed onto the ground which was a huge safety concern. Contacted Elegant Homes Inc. Mr. K never returned our calls. Later, when we contacted attorney general's office, Mr. K told an agent in attorney general's office that warranty of the house was for 1 year. Deck railing was also done very poorly. It would be a matter of time someone gets hurt. Mr. K just don't return any phone calls.
