We rented a townhouse from them from Oct 2008 to Oct 2009. Upon moving out we cleaned the apartment to be in the same conditions as we got it except for these items: 1. Forgot to clean stove drip pans and they charged us for replacment (fair) 2. Forgot to empty out two kitchen drawers which contained a couple of rubber-bands and empty wrappers. They took pictures of places that were not dirty but broken/stained before we moved it.
The nature of the stains were such that we did not even note them on the move-in sheet, e.g. small rust stains in the fridge freezer section where the shelf rods and joined to the shelf perimeter, rust stain the dishwasher, some discoloration on the floor near the back yard. These are not stains that be removed and besides they were there when we moved in.
We disregarded them because the place was built in the '70s and was full of these minor items. However, they used this to charge us $200 for cleaning the ENTIRE house. Be prepared for this if you rent from them. Better yet, don't rent from them.
