Everything was in order and impeccable, so I left town at the end of August, after they promised that in 60 days time from July date I would get my deposit check back, $250 plus the refund for the days the apt. was vacant in July. However 90 days have passed and I have emailed and called New Colony and so far nothing.
They said the payment processing was taking longer than expected but soon I would get it. after over 90 days I am worried that they will simply not pay me my deposit back, let alone the days refund for vacating the apt. early for the new tenant to move in.
the FACT is there is an unpaid deposit check for $250 + refund money for vacating the apt. early on July 10. Refund was due in 60 days as promised.
