This is a home inspection service that I hired based upon Realtor's recommendation. Pro-Specs,Inc failed to identify a garage brick wall that was shifting away from the house. I would have never bought this house with major existing structural defects. Based upon Pro-Specs,Inc home inspection report, I purchased this home. I have had to since pend $8000 to hire a construction company plus structural engineer. I will have to now hire a carpenter and finally a brick mason
