I am an real estate agent,wrote up an offer on 8/22/2009 for my client, the property locate in chino hills was listed by hector avarado.he is the broker at uptown cali. uptown realty.I submit the complete contract package to his office by email plus hand delivery by myself, both confirm receipts. on 9/25/2009 finally they counter our offer back but is fake counter offer which they never submit my clients offer to the bank(seller)(REO property)why I knew, because the listing price was reduce twice.and when we first make an offer was over the listing price and the buyers are well qualify and was pre-approved by eric frazier in wells fargo bank.by the way the property own by wells fargo bank. and we find out the wells fargo bank sold this particular property (address 5401 signac court chino hills ca)for about $50,000.00 less.one thing I do not understand is why all these banks allow these listing office to abuse them.

Juliette Torrez as a realtor has put too much pressure on us to leave the house currently on short sale, on Wednesday June 10 she called and asked for this month rent, and threaten us to leave or else she will go to court to obtain a three day notice to vacate,

utilizing phofanity language and intimidating whole family.

THIS INDIVIDUAL IS HAS BEEN CHARGING ME A FEE FOR THE ABOVE PROPERTY AS RENT WITHOUT GIVING ME A RECEIPT, BUT LATTER I FOUND OUT THAT HE WASN'T THE OWNER, SO I STOP PAYING. HE HAS BEEN HERASING ME/TREATENING ME AND DOING ILEGAL DOCUMENTS SIGNING MY SIGNATURE ON DOCUMENTS THAT I NEVER SIGNED.

I paid on 06/21/08 181.00.On 6/24/08 they suspended my service for cingular. when i contacted them to see what was going on, they went through all payments and came to the conclusion that my June bill was not paid. i was not sure how my service could be canceled for a month that was not finished yet, they then told me that they charge 2 months in advance for service charges. this was first time i have heard of this after numerous years of the same service.

i have had several problems with this company which is really taking away my time to take care of my business and its really stressful dealing with them every month for hours it seems like at a time. also economically i do not have an incredible amount of money to just be paying for bills that pop out of nowhere. i have even went through this process with you guys before about this same company. it is really time consuming and i feel like this matter should be looked in to. i appreciate the help and i hope we can resolve this soon.
