I called 2134012290 for information on an apartment listing that I saw on the web. The name of person that answered is Tony Smith. He explained to me that I would have to pay a onetime registration fee of $1.95 to access more information with the owner's contact phone number. The fee was charged to my Master/Debit Card. When I checked my account there are three charges of $1.95 and I did not receive any login email. I eventually did an online search and reailzed it was a scam.
