Blue Cross issued a stop payment on a check that they sent to us for a medical claim. They said that the doctors office had made a mistake filing the claim. Our bank charged us $19.00 for a stop payment that was not our mistake and way out of our ontrol. This mistake was not handled properly and is way wrong. I also think that US BANK did wrong in this matter and we will be closing this account.
