I ordered a real estate website through them and they gave me a 30-day trial. It is supposed to be a do-it-yourself website. The sales agent said, $99.00 for the first month with a more advanced site that does flyer, etc, and no set up fee. She said, "After 30 days, you may cancel or downgrade your service to $49.00 per month." She did not mention anything about the 12-year contract. That is my fault for not reading the fine print.

I asked, "Can I cancel at anytime?" She said, "Yes, you can." After 30 days, I called them back. I am still trying to setup my website. Everything I do, I have to call them because my computer freezes up when I try to make a change. I was going to cancel completely, but they assured me that the problem I was having was because my domain name had not been transferred yet. So I transferred my domain www.realestatelimls.com to the site.

Now, three months later, and my website is still not up and running, with all the contents I need. I ordered IDX from my MLS board and they charged me $29.95 per month. It took them almost two weeks to give me the feed and I am told that I cannot use my boards template. I called and asked why and then they told me that they need a different feed from my MLS Board. I emailed them the feeds and my MLS Board, but for some reason, I can't get it. Gladys keeps telling me that everything is under control and will be fixed.

My MLS allows me to display my photo and logo. AdvancedAccess tells me that I can have one or the other--not both. Then, they told me, "No problem, we will add your logo." But they put it on my home page and not on my IDX page. I called them again because if you visit my site, you will see my logo on the bottom of my page. Okay, this is not a do-it-yourself website. I need a Web designer to help me make changes because every time I call for help, they never get it right or my computer freezes up. It is now three months later and my website is still not up and running with my content on it!

I want to cancel and I want my money back. I have spent hours on the phone with them and they keep promising me that my website will be fixed. My computer freezes up and so does the customer service computer. I purchased a do-it-yourself website, that is not true here! And they keep telling me, "You can do this yourself." Yeah, maybe if I was a web designer. I want my money back and I would like to know if the Consumer Affairs feels that this is a do-it-yourself website.

I started on 10/16/2009, they charged me $99.00--Nov. $49.00, Dec. $49.00 and Jan. $49.00. I want a refund of $246.00 and I want to cancel my services. It is affecting my business. When people come to my site, it looks unprofessional and I am not able to offer them the services. I do a lot of foreclosures and I want to setup a section for people behind on their mortgages. I do BPOs for banks and I still do not have that set up yet. Every time I go to make a change, I have to call them and they don't get it right on their end. If I knew that I needed a Web designer, I would have taken different steps.
