It is more like what did not happen. They provide wireless internet service here on West Galveston Island. The signal is weak and intermittent. They never answer their telephone and seldom call back (especially when there is a problem).
Thursday my service was off. I had paid for 30 days on November 24. Paid service until December 24. Galveston Internet stopped my service a week early on December 16. This happened once before, but I did not document same; this time I did. I caught them.
When I went into their office Friday morning I was told to PROVE IT. Then he acquiesced and I was told "We will GIVE you an extra week...What do you think of that ?" EXCUSE ME....I paid for that week.

It is one thing to provide a terrible product. It is another to have an attitude about it !
