We inquired about the Google marketing plan in August 2009. We received nothing back, but after a few months, we noted our bank was being debited each month for $79.90. The phone number was not in service for the company. We finally got them to cancel it in Jan 2010. We have been defrauded of $479.85. We contacted the BBB in Utah and Tracy ** called my wife and told her they did nothing wrong but would refund $199.90. Partial payments have been received but not what they are promising. This is a terrible fraud; it gave us nothing and had nothing to do with Google. They should all pay and go to jail.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Unauthorized charges were being deducted from my bank account since Sept. 2009 in the amount of $24.90. I have never received any product or service from PWW Webstores and honestly don't know how they got my bank card info. There is also another company called Internet Biz Stores and they were also making unauthorized deductions in the amount of $79.90 monthly. When I called the company, they adamantly stated that I had placed an order with them and said that they had a recorded conversation of myself authorizing the transactions. I then asked to hear the recording of myself authorizing this and they hung up the phone.

There were unauthorized charges to my card after I told them that I was not interested in their products because it was not what they were advertising. They wanted a payment of $69.90 every month even if you didn't use their product. Marina claims that I didn't talk to the customer service. But in reality, I spoke to a sales representative on the same day and told her why would I be interested in paying for something even if I didn't use it. I was not interested and I needed to make sure that I was not being charged for anything. Now, they are saying that since I didn't receive an email about cancelling their service, they have the right to charge my account for seven months.

These people are total SCAMMERS. They have hundreds of complaints against them on the BBB. They operate under numerous company names and URL's. Their ads also call themselves different names and use Google and Amazon in their ads to sound legitimate. Un-approved charges were made against my American Express card by: PWW*ONLINE and PWW*WEBSTORES and PWW*INTERNET BIZ KIT
They have the following websites as an example: pacificwebworks, profitcenterlearning, on1inetrack, googlefastcash, homebizkit, money, googlebizkit, profitstudiolearning, yourprofitgateway, esuccess2u, eauctionsuccess, yourwebsiterev. Owners Mr. Christian L., President

BBB got over 600 complaints in 36 months. I made the mistake of asking for the kit at profitcenterlearning. NOTHING CAME...I got ill...and so goes the story. I have never received anything from them in the mail or by email. When I finally called to complain, I got a customer service department in India. No one there could help. For the first half hour, they called themselves a third party (yet they had the ability to cancel my payments)....and could give me no information. By this time they had taken over $350.00 CDN out of my AMex Card.
They told me to call back Monday (this is Saturday) but were only able to give me a 1-800 number only good for the U.S. I spoke to a so-called supervisor for the last half hour repeating everything. She was able to give me a mailing address to mail my complaints to in Salt Lake City, Utal (Profit Centre Online), but couldn't give me a name or department to address my snail mail to.
They all continually said that they could cancel the account by could not guarantee that I would get my money back. Their billing department (ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT) would have to review it once I called (oh yeah, they finally were able to give me a 1-866 number that would work in Canada). I'm sure all of this is fake and that my money is gone. These Indian ladies (very strong accents) kept talking in circles and only persistence got some information out of them. Their names were Rachel and Donna - again, I'm sure fake names.
I am so MAD AT MYSELF for falling for it. But it looked like it was legit and supported by eBay and Amazon. I will be contacting these companies so that they know about this SCAM. I hope someone gets to read this and saves themselves the aggrevation.
