Mr Simpson is chargine me for services not rendered 49 thousand dollars for a non contested divorce case. He provided me with nothing no representation and he and co counsel were ins ohoarts with each other because the divorce settlement only had a house to be divided equally. Mr Simpson saw the equity in the house and is trying to take all of it.
He provided me wwith nothing but paralegal services and he is charging me twice the amount opposing counsel charge respondent.
The consequences are I am left with nothing to do but file bankruptcy. He acknowledges violations by respondent, where by after recieving her court summons she moved 40K from a savings account and I provided Keith Simpson with those bank facts he did not have time to pursue them he quit on the case after 18 months. There was nothng but paralegal services performed by Mr. Simpson
