I made a contract "retainer" with Marc ** and sent him every dime I had after my Brother also in CA - Self Dealt the entire "Family Trust" and estate of my parents in Wisconsin. Then opened up (Bogus-unfunded) Trusts for the rest of the family to steal whatever assets we worked our entire life to acquire (I was suppose to put all my equity of 3 properties in a Trust I couldn't get a dime out under the banner of Comerica Bank and Trust of Minnesota. My trustee agreed to pay bills directly to the vender (as the trust dictates).
My bills were paid late (Late fees, interest. I even had my Homeowners Insurance cancelled for non payment) or they weren't paid at all. (My home with $50,000 in equity is in foreclosure because she "forgot" to pay the arrears of only $14,700.00. Marc ** was working with the foreclosure company, working "against" me with Comerica Bank and now stole my "retainer" and quit (because Comerica didn't pay him his money).
I didn't have a contract to with Comerica Bank or Marc ** to represent me (as long as Comerica pays the balance, it was to represent me under the my terms with my money he cashed (to represent only me and me alone). I have a house that is being foreclosed losing my equity. Plus the equity of other properties. I have a court date in 4 days. He dropped representation. If he was so good of an attorney, he could get the balance of his money out of the money he gets from me in 4 days! He just plain stole my money then shafted me (the paying client) with lies about my properties so the trustee wouldn't have to pay my rears or repair the property on my behalf. It's a political scam to steal peoples equity like something Bernie **f would invent. And they appear to be getting away with it.
My entire inheritance was lost. My new 5 year mistress, my brother Keith ** of Saratoga, CA married a girl. my parents changed the trust (from 1986) in 2004. Just so my brother wouldn't lose his inheritance to her. Instead this girl (Cindy **) not only took his money but mine as well. (The family heirlooms, antiques - before mom was even buried!). How sick is that! I'm injured (from assaults I alleged to be directed from my brother to keep the entire inheritance and my equity in my properties). I have two torn rotary cuffs, back injury.
There was an explosion in my house (after a bible study girl tenant painted my kitchenblack and sublet my building out to drug dealers. My car frame was "hacksawed" (per mechanic). Then the day it was fixed and put on the internet is was hit by a stolen van. Now I had taken to a shop giving me a $300 estimate to fix it (parts and labor) to be towed it there (then increased the price- and when I refused to pay the new price, my car is now missing from their lot (I have the keys and gave no permission so I guess its stolen)?
