This is concerning a law firm in Granbury, TX. I can provide you a copy of the statement of payment, which is wrong. First, I have never met Barto on 9/24 or gave him money on this day. On 9/24 is my son's birthday. I was doing stuff for and with him during that day. I never gave him the money that day. For four months, Barto has avoided me. I have called, faxed, emailed and never got a return call. He always avoided me. I do have call records when I called. He never called me back. I went on Monday 1/4/2010, they claimed he was busy with a client. Nobody was back there when I asked for money and papers. I have never received all my paper or money.
I want the rest of my money owed. He never did anything. I talked with maybe 20 minutes long. I am not paying $250 for 20 minutes and 4 months has dried up my money, doing nothing on my case. He lies and rips people off. It is sad he would lie and take advance of a single father.
